The present invention relates to a valve housing forming apparatus of an EGR valve assembly and, more specifically, relates to a valve housing forming apparatus of an EGR valve assembly which forms a valve housing of an EGR valve to restrict a generation of nitrogen oxide based on high temperature heating of an engine by enabling exhaust gas of a vehicle to re-flow into a combustion chamber of the engine.
