The present invention provides an organic fertilizer producing device comprising: a food feeding hopper for feeding food waste; a combining tank having a quicklime feeding hopper formed therein to feed quicklime; an agitation axis connected with the inside of the combining tank to be axially rotated, and having a plurality of agitation wings formed therein; an agitation operating means for generating an operation force to make the agitation axis axially rotated; a food feeding ball valve for adjusting a fed amount of food waste into the combining tank; a quicklime feeding rotary valve for adjusting a fed amount of quicklime into the combining tank; a food weight measuring sensor for sensing a weight of food waste fed into the combining tank; a quicklime weight measuring sensor for sensing a weight of quicklime fed into the combining tank; a temperature measuring sensor for measuring a temperature in the combining tank; and a combination control unit respectively connected with the agitation operating means, the food feeding ball valve, the quicklime feeding rotary valve, the food weight measuring sensor, the quicklime weight measuring sensor, and the temperature measuring sensor, controlling the operation of the quicklime feeding rotary valve so as to feed 30-35 wt% of quicklime into the combining tank within 15-20 minutes on the basis of the total amount of food waste fed into the combining tank through the food feeding ball valve, and controlling the operation of the agitation operating means so as to make the agitation axis axially rotated while a temperature in the combining tank is maintained at 105-110C. |
