<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine which permits a user to train his/her joints and tendons gently. <P>SOLUTION: The training machine includes a machine body 4, a pair of rocking arms 24 and 26 rockably supported on the machine body 4, and gripping means 28 and 30 rotatably supported on the rocking arms 24 and 26. A bench portion 14 for a user to lie on his/her back is provided in the width direction center of the machine body 4 and supporting posts 6 and 8 are provided in both ends in the width direction. The rocking arms 24 and 26 are rockably mounted on the supporting columns 6 and 8 through shaft members 32 extending forward and backward, the gripping means 28 and 30 are freely rotatably supported on the rocking arms 24 and 26, and the gripping means 28 and 30 are provided with a first grip for the user to perform dumb-bell flying training and a second grip 50 for the user to perform dumb-bell pressing training. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
