<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan control device can accurately determining entering and exiting of a toilet user and accurately and economically control a ventilation fan according to the determination result. <P>SOLUTION: Output of a door sensor 4 is monitored when the toilet user enters a toilet, and when the output is changed from open to close, an entrance monitoring timer is started. When a motion sensor 5 senses a person before the entrance monitoring time set by the entrance monitoring timer is over, the ventilation fan 6 is turned on. When the toilet user exits the toilet, an exit monitoring timer is started while the motion sensor 5 sensing the person and at the point where the output of the door sensor 4 is changed from close to open. When the exit monitoring time set by the exit monitoring timer is over, a ventilation fan timer is started.
