The present invention relates to an optical transceiving device using modulation and demodulation of a differential quadrature phase shift keying method. The optical transceiving device comprises: a transmitting unit configured to generate PRBS signals in a multiplexer; and a receiving unit configured to check patterns of the PRBS signals, generated in the multiplexer, in a demultiplexer. If a signal channel of one of the PRBS signals is bit-inverted in the multiplexer, it is checked whether the PRBS signals have an error in accordance with whether a state of a signal channel of one of signals received from the demultiplexer is toggled.
