The present invention relates to a method for producing a two-stage fermented lysate, and to a cosmetic composition containing the same as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fermented lysate produced by a method of the present invention, and to a cosmetic composition for antioxidation, skin wrinkle amelioration, and moisturization, containing the same as an active ingredient. To this end, the fermented lysate is produced by the following steps: completing one-stage fermentation using yeast; carrying out at least two-stage fermentation using lactobacillus; and pulverizing fungi using a cell disruptor such as a microfluidizer.
