<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step attachment device of a motorcycle, adjusting the position of a step in a stepless manner with a particularly simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A step attachment member with the step is attached to the frame of the motorcycle via a pair of first attachment holes separated by a prescribed distance and a step position adjusting mechanism. The step position adjusting mechanism consists of: a pair of fitting holes separated by the prescribed distance; a shank rotatable while being fitted in the fitting hole; and a pair of disc members with a flange section with a diameter larger than that of the fitting hole and a second attachment hole at a position deviated by a prescribed distance. A body of a rotation preventing member with a screw hole formed in a position deviated by the same distance as the prescribed distance, which is rotatable in a non-contact manner with the disc member while having a diameter larger than that of the fitting hole, is arranged in the opposite side of the flange section with the fitting hole interposed therebetween, and a bolt is inserted in the first and the second attachment hole and fixed in the screw hole.
