<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire can suppress the generation of eccentric wear by uniformizing the distribution of loads in the grounding surface of the tire by a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 is provided with a number of tread blocks 13a divided and formed in the grounding surface 13 of tire rubber, and a stretching and contracting member 19 buried in each tread block 13a in the tire rubber. The stretching and contracting member 19 is configured to displace the tread block 13a deformed due to heat generated by the deformation of the tread block 13a depending on the grounding state of the grounding surface 13 in a radial inside direction of the tire 1.
