<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health instrument, by which a user can effectively remove or prevent stiffness in his or her shoulders by putting strength into his or her muscles by himself, and which can help him or her in the early discovery of his or her diseases. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The health instrument has a base plate 2 to seat a user there, two supports 3, 4 erected at an interval as prescribed at both the sides of base plate 2 and a shoulder application part 6 comprising a shoulder pad 7 arranged at a high position as prescribed on each of the supports 3, 4 to be applied to one of the user's shoulders, and a spring SP to give the shoulder pad 7 momentum toward one of his or her shoulders. The user sits on the base plate 2 between the supports 3, 4, and in this state, repeats the two actions of putting strength into his or her shoulders to raise the shoulder pad 7 against the momentum of spring SP and then relaxing himself or herself over again.
