<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system that allows luminaire to be reliably mounted into a mounting hole by ensuring sufficient magnetic force. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A magnet holder 21, in which a plurality of magnets 22 are held while being spaced apart at intervals, is arranged on the backside 12a of the outer peripheral edge of a mounting hole 12 provided in a mounting part 11 so as to attract luminaire 20, having a magnetic material 20a, by magnetic force of the magnets 22 and to mount the luminaire into the mounting hole 12. Accordingly, there is no contact between the magnets 22 each other, thereby reliably mounting the luminaire 20 into the mounting hole 12 by ensuring sufficient magnetic force.
