<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger can fix an auxiliary component by favorable mounting work without causing an increase in the manufacturing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is equipped with the auxiliary component (receiver tank 10) fastened by a bolt to the heat exchanger (capacitor 1) in which connecting parts of constituting members are brazed to each other. A bolt insertion hole 20b is provided to the heat exchanger, and a screw hole 25a in which the bolt 26 is inserted and fixed via the bolt insertion hole 20b is provided to the auxiliary component.
