PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sorting operation of game balls from being fixed as much as possible. SOLUTION: A windmill 5000 is fitted on a stage 4000 with a surface direction of a front (upper surface) of the windmill 5000 almost orthogonal to the surface direction of a game panel (almost parallel to the surface direction of the stage 4000) so that game balls arrive at the windmill 5000 from the direction in which game balls arrive (fall) onto the windmill 5000 and the direction in which they arrive at the side of the windmill 5000. A recessed part 5002a for guiding game balls which arrive at the front (upper surface) of the windmill 5000 in the specific direction is formed in front of the windmill 5000.
