PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit emergency information to a plurality of mobile stations as quickly as possible, when detecting the occurrence of the emergency information. SOLUTION: A method of reporting emergency information has: a step of allowing the mobile station UE (User Equipment) to start monitoring a physical down control channel including a prescribed identifier, when detecting a prescribed indicator; a step of allowing the mobile station UE to receive emergency information in down resources designated by the physical down control channel, when detecting the physical down control channel; and a step of allowing the mobile station UE to perform processing corresponding to the received emergency information.
