PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter of trolley type capable of accurately planting seedlings in an agricultural field even when the transplanter travels on a traveling surface with a lot of irregularities. SOLUTION: On both left and right sides of a traveling machine body, provided are front wheels each provided to a front wheel support arm which is supported by a traveling machine body at one end side, the front wheel being provided to the other end side of the front wheel support arm, and crawler-type traveling devices each supported by a transmission case which is supported by the traveling machine body at one end side, the traveling machine body being supported by the transmission case at the other end side. On the other end side of the transmission case, a drive shaft and a rocking support shaft arranged below the drive shaft are provided. The crawler-type traveling device is constituted with a drive wheel that rotates integrally with the drive shaft, front and rear idlers located below the drive wheel, a track roller located between the front and rear idlers, a crawler belt winded around the drive wheel, the front and rear idlers, and the track roller, a rocking frame supported at an upper part thereof by th rocking support shaft 46 so as to be rockable about the shaft center and for supporting at a lower part thereof the front and rear idlers and the track roller, and a restrictor for restricting rocking of the rocking frame around the pivot support shaft by engaging with an engage part provided to the transmission case.
