<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for disposing garbage dispensing with direct addition of a sole enzyme, capable of shortening the decomposition hours of garbage and repeatedly using for a long period to be economical, and its production method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The agent for disposing of garbage includes red pine chips which are composed of honeycomb structures from which terpene and lignin contained in red pine are removed. An acid catalyst is produced from an enzyme at that time, and it is preferable to mix the red pine chips with a member selected from the group consisting of a loess powder, a granite porphyry granule, and a ceramic granule containing loess or granite porphyry, a biotite powder, and a sericite powder. Loess, granite porphyry, the ceramic containing loess or granite porohyry contains TiO<SB>2</SB>, ZrO<SB>2</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, MnO, K<SB>2</SB>O, CaO, MgO, Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, Na<SB>2</SB>O, and SiO<SB>2</SB>.
