<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of obtaining an air bag cover with excellent appearance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 100 pts.wt. of component (A), 10-100 pts.wt. of component (B) and 50-200 pts.wt. of component (C). (A) A propylene based resin containing a specific amount of components (α): a propylene based polymer having 90-100 wt.% of a propylene unit and (β): an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having 20-80 wt.% of an ethylene unit, and having a melting temperature of 155°C or higher. (B) A crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer having 70-97 wt.% of a propylene unit, 30-3 wt.% of an ethylene unit, a melt flow rate of 1-100 g/10 min, and a melting temperature of 80-130°C.
