<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which eases a vibration stress on a circuit board placed in a case body and improves a degree of freedom in designing a board shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes the case body 1 having an upper case 2 and a lower case 3, and the circuit board 4 placed in the case body 1 and having a connector 5. The electronic device also includes a contact portion 16 disposed on the lower case 3 to be in contact with the circuit board 4, and a regulating portion 25 disposed on the upper case 2 to regulate the upward move of the circuit board 4. Because the contact portion 16 comes into contact with the undersurface of the circuit board 4 having a mounting component and the regulating portion 25 regulates the upward move of the circuit board 4, the upward move and vibration thereof is regulated, thereby suppressing a vertical stress and a vibration stress.
