PURPOSE: A power controller of a semiconductor memory for implementing high speed and low power is provided to implement low power and use high speed transistor by controlling power supply by using operation state information of the semiconductor memory. CONSTITUTION: A power controller(20) of a semiconductor memory for implementing high speed and low power includes a controller. The controller controls power supply voltage by using the control signal. The control signal is the signal activated in the active command. The control signal is the signal activated in a write command. The controller includes a PMOS transistor supplying power voltage according to control signal. |
