PURPOSE: An automatic defecation processing unit and an automatic defecation processing method are provided, which make defecation washing possible in the slope of less than constant angle. CONSTITUTION: An automatic defecation processing unit with a structure of moving slantingly comprises a mattress, a rotation support(20), a cushion supporting board(21), diaper underwear, a cushion member, a diaper(100), a hose, and a main body. The diaper is installed in the body groin of a user and receives urine and feces and performs washing. The hose discharges the dirt of the diaper to the outside. The main body supplies cleaning water, air, and power source to the diaper through the hose and receives and stores waste.
