PURPOSE: A manufacture system of a graining-board for outside walls of a building and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cost of building and term of construction by improving work efficiency and durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture system of a graining-board for outside walls of a building comprises an extruder(16), a pattern making unit, a cooling member and a cutter(26). The extruder ejects a synthetic resin plane board(28) with fixed thickness. The pattern making unit forms a specific motif on one side of the plane board ejected through the extruder. The cooling member cools the patterned board at preset temperature. The cutter cuts the patterned board consecutively ejected through the cooling member.
