PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address variation in fuel consumption according to the relation between a vehicle and a road, in a technology of preferentially selecting a route of high fuel economy. SOLUTION: The feature information on the vehicle is acquired (step 131) in order to calculate respective costs of a plurality of links within a link search range including a destination based on the current position of the vehicle, and each of the plurality of links is used as a target, fuel economy cost of the target link is determined based on the vehicle feature information and the feature of the target link (steps 133 and 134). Ecological link cost of each of the plurality of links is calculated (steps 136 and 137). During the calculation, the ecological link cost is made to reflect the fuel economy cost of the target link (step 137) so that the ecological link cost of the target link decreases with increase in fuel economy cost of the target link.
