PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a preferable route candidate, as a guidance route, from among respective route candidates by recognizing the amount of ultraviolet rays received when traveling on the respective route candidates. SOLUTION: A route candidate of the guidance route is extracted (S106). An ultraviolet ray exposure amount of each section for each extracted route candidate is obtained from a database storing the ultraviolet ray exposure amount for each predetermined section (S108). The total ultraviolet ray exposure amount in the entire sections for each route candidate is calculated on the basis of the obtained ultraviolet ray exposure amount of each section (S110). The total ultraviolet ray exposure amount is displayed on a display machine 14 in association with each route candidate, and the candidate specified by a user operation is specified as the guidance route from among the respective candidates of the guidance route (S114).
