<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a control method of a vehicle for satisfying a request of a driver by calculating an acceleration waveform (G waveform) with torque feeling in consideration of the driving intention of the driver by controlling acceleration at falling after an acceleration peak. <P>SOLUTION: Time series data of target acceleration G is set from the history of acceleration G data and the intention of a driver in a step S7. The time series data of the target acceleration G are calculated based on map data which are not shown by the figure.
