<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of disassembling a conductor compression connecting portion, capable of disassembling a conductor compression connecting portion without cutting a conductor. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of cutting a sleeve 3 formed by compression-connecting a conductor at an intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction; a step of forming a first V groove 6A by press-fitting a V groove forming blade 5 into the cut sleeve 3 so that a thin portion 3a may remain between the blade edge and a conductor 1; a step of forming a second V groove 6B in the similar way at a position spaced by about 120°in the circumferential direction from the first V groove of the sleeve 3; and a step of forming a third V groove 6C in the similar way at a position spaced by about 120°in the circumferential direction from the first and second V grooves 6A, 6B of the sleeve 3. When the third V groove 6C is formed, cracks are formed in the thin portions 3a-3c on the bottoms of the three V grooves 6A-6C, the sleeve 3 is split into three and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
