<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake for counterbalancing the operating force of an operating wire with the reaction of a cable while suppressing the influences of a load input from the cable on a caliper during non-operation of the operating wire. <P>SOLUTION: The disc brake includes a reaction transmitting member 63 fixed to the caliper 9 for transmitting reaction generated by the cable 41 including the operating wire 43 to the caliper 9 during the operation of the operating wire 43 connected to a thrust mechanism 33, and a load transmitting member 101 fixed to the carrier 3 to abut on the reaction transmitting member 63, for transmitting a load generated by the cable 41 to the carrier 3 during non-operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
