<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which enhances the degree of freedom of arrangement of a balustrade, and which enables the balustrade to be mounted by a simple structure of a building unit. <P>SOLUTION: The first supporting foundation bodies 21A and 21B are installed on ALC 19. Thus, an intermediate beam or a ceiling beam for supporting the first supporting foundation bodies 21A and 21B can be eliminated, and a structure of a roof unit 17 can be simplified. The fixation of a base plate on the top surface of the ALC 19 dispenses with the penetration of the ALC 19 by a first rising member 213, and makes strength and waterproof performance advantageous.
