<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam leakage detecting device capable of detecting presence of leakage of steam in an early stage in a steam bypass system for supplying the steam to a combustor in a steam injection gas turbine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The steam leakage detecting device 7 is provided with a reading means 71 for successively reading a measured value by an injection steam pressure gauge 61 as pressure data P(i) and successively reading a measured value by an injection steam flowmeter 62 as flow rate data S(i), and a determination means 72 for calculating standard deviations Pd and Sd for a plurality of the pressure data P(i) and a plurality of the flow rate data S(i) successively read in a prescribed measurement time period T3 and determining that leakage of the steam S occurs in the steam bypass system 6 when a ratio Sd/Pd between the standard deviation Pd of the pressure data P(i) and the standard deviation Sd of the flow rate data S(i) is successively out of the prescribed normal range twice or more.
