Ž<P>SOLUTION: A material surface is subjected to palladium plating or palladium-nickel alloy plating, which is metal plating having high chemical adsorption energy of hydrogen atoms, with adjusted plating thickness or adjusted surface roughness after plating, and then silver bromide is stuck thereon in the atmosphere having a relative humidity of 50% or higher.
