<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sink apparatus which enables a washing machine to be placed and which has a safe cooker in accordance with laws. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sink apparatus includes a sink 2 and a heating cooking stand 3. A washing machine 4 can be contained below the heating cooking stand. A washing machine placing space 6 is kept below the top material 5 extending sideward from the top face of the sink 2. An opening 7 is made on the top material 5 at the position corresponding to the upper part of the washing machine 4. The heating cooking stand 3 which is movable horizontally to the sink 2 side is placed in the position closing the opening 7 on the top material 5. By opening a lid of the upper side of the washing machine 4 through the opening 7, which is opened by moving the heating cooking stand 3 to the sink 2 side, laundry can be put in and taken out.
