<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose tool with an economical simple structure for warming feet and hands. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tool is produced by making an incision B of 8 cm in the center of a vertical central line G before sewing a fabric material A for wrist tool, folding in two at a horizontal central line H, making welting lines C and D come together, sewing together and making inside out and, further folding in two at a vertical line G making welting lines E and F come together, sewing together, inserting a cushion material K into a bag-formed ring cloth from the incision B and making inside out to give the tool with a seam EF and the incision inside.
