The transmitter (10) has a fastener including a sealing body (15) i.e. steel ball, with maximal diameter less than that of a blind hole (14). The fastener has a spring segment (17) arranged between a filling opening (12) and a retaining body (16) i.e. lock screw, in order to retain the sealing body on sealing surface during filling of the transmitter. A flow path for hydraulic transmission fluid is maintained open at the sealing body in the filling opening. The sealing body is located on a base of the blind hole along the sealing surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a filling arrangement (2) a pressure sensor (3) a differential pressure sensor.
