PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing advertisement by member shop signboard and a recording medium for the same are provided to offer outdoor signboard advertisement with a low cost using signboard at member shops. CONSTITUTION: The information storage unit(215) stores the member shop conditional information, the signboard information, and signboard producing cost information in the member shop information DB(220). The information receiving unit(210) receives the member store conditional information and signboard information from the terminal which is used by an advertiser. The information confirming unit confirms the member store information which matches with the member shop conditional information and the signboard information. The member store information and advertisement expense outlay amount of money information are stored in the medium unit.
