PURPOSE: An e-commerce apparatus using a commercial information generator and a method thereof are provided to increase the commercial advertisement by performing the e-commerce through a phone terminal for voice communication. CONSTITUTION: A commercial information generator transmits pre-stored commercial information to a calling subscriber terminal of a CID(Caller's ID) included in a call signal(S42~S48), and outputs a call connection control signal for connecting a communication path between the calling subscriber terminal and an advertiser terminal. An exchange connects a communication path between the calling subscriber terminal and commercial information generator(S50).
