MULTILAYER CHIP CAPACITOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A stack chip capacitor is provided to suppress the excessive reduction of ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) by forming one lead in an inner electrode. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor body(101) is formed by stacking a plurality of dielectric layers. The plurality of inner electrodes face each other in the capacitor body. The plurality of inner electrodes are vertically arranged in the lower part of the capacitor body. Each inner electrode has only one lead. A plurality of outer electrodes(131-134) with different polarity are alternately arranged in the lower part of the capacitor body. Each outer electrode is connected to the corresponding inner electrode through the lead. The lead of the inner electrodes with different polarity adjacent to the stack direction is connected to the outer electrode adjacent to the horizontal direction.
