PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for lung-targeting containing a surface-modified nanoparticle is provided to deliver drug without drug electric charge. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for lung-targeting contains a surface-modified nanoparticle which is coated with chitosan on the surface. The nanoparticle further contains polylactide or its copolymer and active ingredient. The copolymer of polylactide contains lactide and glycolide in 50:50-90:10. The active ingredient is anticancer drug or therapeutic agent of tuberculosis.
