PURPOSE: A dispenser for an adhesive tape is provided to conveniently place a free end of the tape to a drawing drum from a tape roll of a roll drum of a drum support member. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for an adhesive tape comprises a casing part(61), a drive part(80) and a roll drum part(150). The casing part possesses a base plate and a housing(63). The drive part includes a first supporting plate(81), a second supporting plate(82), a one-way clutch bearing(92), a driving gear(93), a rotating lever part, a withdrawal drum part(100) and a cutting part(110). The one-way clutch bearing is inserted in one side of the first and second supporting plates. The driving gear receives the one-way clutch bearing. The cutting part is arranged between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate. The roll drum part contains a drum support member(151) and a roll drum(152).
