<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical operating apparatus with which even when a movable handle is operated in the direction in which the handle is closed, a rotary operation knob can be operated to be rotated by slight force, and the load of the operation for rotating the rotary operation knob can be prevented from becoming heavy, and a stable operation can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a jaw 17 pivotally supported at the distal end part of a sheath 18 into which a vibration transmission member 11 is inserted is operated to be opened or closed in accordance with the operation of the handle 49. The apparatus includes a frictional force reduction section 821 which is provided to a slider section 65 moved to be advanced/retreated in an axial direction of a central axis line of the vibration transmission member 11 in accordance with the operation of the handle 49 for operating the opening/closing operation of the jaw 17, and/or a pin 58 engaged with the slider section 65 and transmitting the operation of the handle 49 to the slider section 65, at a surface at which the slider section 65 and the pin 58 are engaged with each other, and reduces the frictional force acting at the engagement surface at which the slider section 65 and the pin 58 are engaged with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
