PROCESSING TIME PREDICTION DEVICE, METHOD, PROGRAM, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing time prediction model necessary for easily and precisely performing a production management task or an operation management task in a steel manufacturing industry having a process for manufacturing great volumes of a wide range and small-lot of products.

SOLUTION: This processing time prediction device is provided with: a type classification logic creation part 2 for creating a type classification logic based on a decision tree, for classifying a plurality of types of products into a plurality of type groups on the basis of manufacturing result data and a predetermined design parameter; a processing time prediction model creation part 3 for creating a processing time prediction model for predicting a processing time of each type group in each manufacturing equipment based on the manufacturing result data and the type classification logic; and a processing time prediction part 4 using the processing time prediction model to derive a processing time in each manufacturing equipment of a product which becomes a target when creating a new production schedule.
