PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and reliably collect information required for the Installation Qualification (IQ) of an analysis system. SOLUTION: A PC body 21 for performing operation control and data processing of an analysis part 10 includes an information collection part 211. When the analysis part 10 and the PC body 21 are activated with power on, the information collection part 211 reads system information such as the type and version of OS and analysis environment information held in a storage part 212 and receives system constitution information from the analysis part 10, and a transmission part 213 transmits IQ-related information to a server 3 via a network 1. In the server 3, a database management part 31 writes information transmitted from each PC in a database 32, extracts alterations from IQ-related information previously stored each PC, and stores them as history information. Consequently, the IQ-related information of the overall system is automatically collected, thereby it is possible for users to easily create IQ materials by extracting any information and printing it.
