PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave transceiver which causes one body of the ultrasonic wave transceiver to have a plurality of resonant frequencies, detects near and far distances, is inexpensive and has successful appearance in the ultrasonic wave transceiver concerning the conventional embodiments. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic wave transceiver in which piezoelectric elements are stuck inside of a bottom plane of a cylinder case with a bottom, unimorph vibrators are formed, and which transmits and receives ultrasonic waves by vibration of the unimorph vibrators; a bottom inside of the cylinder case 2a and an open part of the cylinder case with a bottom 2b are fixed using the cylinder cases 2a and 2b whose sizes are different, the piezoelectric elements 1 are stuck outside of the bottom plane of the cylinder case with a bottom 2b, different two resonant frequencies are generated and detection of the near and far distances is performed by one ultrasonic transceiver.
