PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin skin material and a manufacturing method thereof, surely manufacturing a product of excellent appearance with winkle patterns disposed on given places of a product made of the synthetic resin skin. SOLUTION: In the method of simultaneously forming a first winkle pattern and a second winkle mode on a synthetic resin sheet 10, the first winkle pattern is formed on the surface of the product manufactured from the synthetic resin sheet 10. The manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing the synthetic resin skin material which is in a winkle mode for positioning in the processing time of a molding processing machine of the synthetic resin skin 22, or in the processing time of a punching processing machine, so that the first winkle pattern in the product wherein the second winkle mode is manufactured from the synthetic resin sheet 10 is positioned at a given position.
