PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that allows stable power supply to a device even when it is unable to perform power supply by radio reception, and to provide a battery using the same. SOLUTION: The structure 10 includes a base 1, which is composed of a dielectric and has a region (a mounting part 1a) that an energy storage is mounted on its upper surface, a conductor (a first conductor 1b and a second conductor 1c) provided in the region, where the energy storage is mounted, so as to be electrically connected with the energy storage, and a coil 3 whose axial direction has an angle with respect to the vertical direction and which is electrically connected with the conductor in order to supply power to the energy storage. A battery 100 has a structure 10 having the configuration, the energy storage mounted on the upper surface of the base 1, and a lid 4 that is attached to the base 1 so as to seal the energy storage.
