PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an internal combustion engine capable of maximally securing a cooling water flow rate supplied to the exhaust side of a water jacket of a cylinder block. SOLUTION: In this internal combustion engine, cooling water is introduced to the water jacket 13 arranged so as to surround a cylinder bore wall 12 from a cooling water introducing port 14 provided on one end side of the cylinder block 10, and the cooling water is flowed by branching off into an intake side portion X2 and an exhaust side portion X1 of the water jacket 13 of this cylinder block 10, and the cooling water is supplied to the cylinder head side from the cylinder block 10 side. A regulating wall portion 23 for regulating a flow of the cooling water supplied to the cylinder head side, is provided in the vicinity of the cooling water introducing port 14.
