<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a locking spring by facilitating insertion of a conductor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a terminal structure of a circuit breaker, a locking spring 8 comprises a stationary portion 8a energized toward a conductor to fix a conductor and a slip-stop portion 8b energized toward a conductor installation portion of a terminal portion to prevent slip-off of the conductor. The terminal portion is equipped with a stationary portion 8a of the locking spring 8 in the terminal structure and rotors 10 respectively provided near the conductor installation portion.
