<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting structure and an on-board unit, by which an antenna is mounted on a panel side to enhance a reception sensitivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The antenna mounting structure 11 includes: mounting members 30, 40 which includes a wiring pattern 31 and are exposed outside; a frame 20 supporting the mounting members 30, 40 in a state of covering the outer circumferential side thereof; and an antenna 50 for receiving a radiowave. An antenna mounting part 27 for mounting the antenna 50 is provided on an inner wall side of the frame 20, and the antenna mounting part 27 mounts the antenna 50 so that the antenna 50 is protruded outside from the wiring pattern 31.
