<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar temperature detection sensor can accurately detect the temperature of an object to be temperature detected, by suppressing the influence due to heat generation from own components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This planar temperature detecting sensor 10 includes a flat casing 10, comprising a detection side layer 11, a non-detection side layer 12 and a middle layer 13. A plurality of thermistor elements THs are installed radially, at prescribed intervals by using the center of a magnetic flux as a reference point, as viewed from a detection surface 111 side inside the casing 10. A wiring electrode 15, for connecting each thermistor element TH, is equipped with a first partial electrode 151 which extends in a direction orthogonal to the detection surface 111; namely, a parallel direction to a magnetic flux direction, and a second partial electrode 152 which extends, in parallel with the detection surface 111. The second partial electrode 152 is installed at a position separated from the thermistor element TH, at the side opposite to the detection side layer 11 via the thermistor element TH.
