<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling and a pulley having the same, restraining machining costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This shaft coupling is provided for regulating relative displacement in the peripheral direction of a primary shaft 25 and a cylindrical part 50, and for allowing the relative displacement in the axial direction of the primary shaft 25 and the cylindrical part 50. The shaft coupling also has: a plurality of cylindrical rollers 60 arranged in a plurality in the peripheral direction of a clearance between the primary shaft 25 and the cylindrical part 50 and rollable in the peripheral direction by rollingly contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the primary shaft 25 and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 50; and a plurality of cutout parts 41 formed in any one of the outer peripheral surface of the primary shaft 25 rollingly contacting with the respective cylindrical rollers 60 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 50 rollingly contacting with the respective cylindrical rollers 60 and becoming the radius of curvature larger than that of curvature of the respective cylindrical rollers 60.
