<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thick nonwoven fabric by a bonding method while keeping air permeability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a stock liquid spraying means 201 to spray a stock liquid 400 into a space; a stock liquid electrically charging means 202 to electrify the stock liquid 400; a band-shaped deposition member 101 on which nanofibers 401 produced by the electrostatic explosion of the stock liquid 400 are deposited; an adhesive spraying means 251 to spray an adhesive 450 into a space; an adhesive electrically charging means 252 to electrify the adhesive 450; and an adhesive attracting means 150 to attract the adhesive 450 by electric field and attach to the surface of the deposition member 101.
