<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying/humidifying device for a vehicle in which dehumidified/humidified air is effectively used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A casing 1 is disposed in a ceiling 50 between the top board 50a and the interior trim member 50b of the vehicle. The humidified air blown from a humidified air outlet 8 is blown around the occupant Dr of the vehicle, and the dehumidified air blown from a dehumidified air outlet 9 is blown into the ceiling 50. Since the dehumidified air is not blown into a cabin, the dehumidified air is circulate to the suction port 23 of the dehumidifying/humidifying device 100 to prevent the humidifying performance thereof from being lowered. Also, since the dehumidified air outlet is not opened to the inside of the cabin, the blowing noise (direct transmission noise) of the dehumidified air can be eliminated, and the odor of the dehumidified air is not given to the occupant.
