<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique regarding a metal nanoparticle-dispersed body, the method for producing the dispersed body, and an electronic device using the metal nanoparticles, wherein a film is formed on an organic matter or an inorganic matter, and the coating film is formed particularly on an inorganic matter which is difficult to applying coating. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a metal nanoparticle-dispersed body in which metal nanoparticles with the average particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm are dispersed into a solvent, wherein the metal nanoparticles are subjected to alcohol treatment.
